Job Description:

Bansal Hi-Tech Systems Private Limited is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic Sales and Marketing team. As an Inside Service Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in maximizing revenue by building and nurturing relationships with our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Manage assigned accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Qualify potential customers and identify key initiatives for growth.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
    • Educate customers on Bansal Hi-Tech Systems Private Limited's services and offerings.
    • Report on sales performance and account margins.
  • Sales Pipeline Management:
    • Analyze and qualify sales opportunities.
    • Meet daily goals for outbound sales calls to support existing customers and identify new opportunities.
    • Respond to inbound inquiries and foster new relationships.
    • Develop cross-selling opportunities between product lines.
    • Quote and close deals for standard service offerings.
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Maintain accurate records of customer history and installed base.
    • Respond promptly to customer requests and inquiries.
    • Follow up on orders and deliveries.
    • Document sales information and maintain customer records.
    • Handle buy-back processes and payment follow-ups.
  • Customer Support:
    • Provide exceptional customer support with every interaction.
    • Develop and maintain positive relationships through regular follow-ups.
    • Meet daily goals for outbound sales calls.
    • Respond to inbound calls and emails.
    • Develop cross-selling opportunities.
    • Quote and close deals.
    • Maintain accurate customer data.
    • Respond to customer requests.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

JOB BRIEF: - We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Accounts Manager to oversee the financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing financial operations, leading accounting teams and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY

  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounting department.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Manage the preparation and review of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as Sales, Operations and HR
  • Manage the preparation and filing of tax returns and compliance with tax regulations.

  • Optimize website content, including meta tags, headers, URLs, and images, for targeted keywords.
  • Ensure website architecture and navigation are SEO-friendly.
  • Optimize existing content for improved search engine performance.
  • Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues such as site speed, crawl errors, and mobile-friendliness.
  • Implement structured data mark-up (schema) to enhance search engine understanding of content.
  • Develop and execute link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks.
  • Monitor backlink profiles and disavow harmful links.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO software

Qualification
